Push rod steel ball heat treatment production line is mainly applied to quenching, normalizing and other heat treatment etc.of abrasion-proof steel balls, medium and small sized metal machine parts. Max. operating temperature for heating is 1100℃. This production line consists of heating furnace body, material pusher, track, material feeding frame, upender, oil quenching tank, hydraulic station as well as electronic control system. Almost all mechanical motions of this production line are driven by hydraulic pressure. All hydraulic oil is collected into a hydraulic station to realize centralized control and stable motion as well as simplicity and high efficiency of mechanical motion of this production line.Operational process is firstly to fill charging basket with steel balls and put it on the workbench in front of the furnace, hydraulically drive oil cylinder to open front/back furnace doors, push charging baskets placed on rolling wheels successively with oil cylinder pusher to enter heating furnace, then close front/back doors for further heating so as to finish operating cycle for each charging basket. Full automatic production mode not only ensures the stability of heat treatment technological process, but also greatly reduce labor intensity of operators.
