Muffle mesh belt type production line
Muffle mesh belt type production line is applicable to heat treatment technology of quenching, thin carburizing, carbonitriding, tempering and cleaning etc. for small and medium sized batch mechanical accessories such as standard components, bearings, transmission chains, tapping screws, textile hardware, hand tools, springs, washers and various textile needles, sewing needles etc. Roller type mesh belt production line (non-muffle mesh belt furnace automatic production line) is furnished with appending machine, vibration cloth machine, mesh belt type resistance furnace, quenching tank, cleaning machine, tempering machine and bluing tank. Every production line can be designed and combined with each other according to user¡¯s requirements for quality and geometrical shape of the accessories to be processed.
Purpose: It is applicable to heat treatment technology of quenching, carburizing and carbonitriding for batch mechanical accessories such as chains, bicycle parts, tapping screws, textile hardware and standard components etc.
