Nitrate furnace

Nitrate furnace consists of furnace shell, furnace lining, crucible and heating unit etc. Furnace shell is welded from section steel and steel plate to be cylindrical. Furnace chamber is built of super light energy-efficient fire-proof bricks and its inner wall is installed with heating units. Aluminum silicate fiber felt and expansion insulation powders are padded between furnace chamber and furnace shell. Heat-resistance stainless steel crucible is placed inside furnace chamber to fill salt solution. Furnace shell front has a row of flowing holes for regularly clearing away the dirts inside furnace chamber. Leaking salt solution from crucible duet to corrosion and oxidation can flow from these holes to the outside of crucible salt bath furnace so as to protect heating units and furnace linings from damage. During operation, a few of aluminum silicate fiber can be stuffed into the flowing holes, which can prevent cold air from entering into furnace chamber and affect furnace temperature.
