Pit type salt-bath furnace

Pit type salt-bath furnace is applied to heat treatment of quenching, annealing, tempering, normalizing and non-oxidation heating for metal parts, long drills and cutting tools etc. in melted salt solution or mixed salt solution. Pit type electrode salt-bath furnace falls into three categories, low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature. Electrode is embedded on the bottom of salt tank, with one side touching industrial salt in the furnace and the other three sides embedded in fire-proof bricks. Each electrode is connected with copper plates, which stretch out from the top of salt tank to connect with transformer and form a circuit. This structure completely solves leakage problem. As there is certain distance between electrode and tank bottom, this can avoid short circuit of two electrodes due to furnace slag deposition, thus greatly extending service lifetime of furnace body and electrodes.
