Glassware annealing furnace

Glassware annealing furnace (annealing furnace) is mainly applied to annealing in continuous production process and internal stress eliminating during rapid cooling process for various glass bottles/jars, utensils and lampshades etc. Glassware annealing furnace adopts resistance wire for heating. Heater falls into two categories, porcelain tube type and basket type. This furnace includes four zones, preheating zone, high temperature zone, slowly cooling zone and rapidly cooling zone. Products can be conveyed into furnace continuously. Mesh belt speed belongs to variable frequency regulation. Mesh belt operation speed can be adjusted at any time according to specific requirements of products.
