Box-type mold quenching furnace is mainly applied to less/non-oxidation heating for molds and workpieces. Max. operating temperature is 1200¡æ. There is no furnace tank inside the furnace, which must be filled with protective atmosphere in time of operation to realize less/non-oxidation effect. Its greatest advantage is that workpieces like molds are not required to be protected with stainless steel inner tank, iron sheet or charcoal packing during the heating process. It is optional to directly fill the furnace with inert gases, for example, nitrogen, hydrogen or instill carbinol so as to avoid oxidation/decarburizing of workpieces and ensure quenching quality.
